You'll find that we're very supportive here on TFCT. If you don't want the whole world to comment on your performance you can restrict the audience for your video. In YouTube you can make it completely Private so that only people you select can see it, or you can make it Unlisted, so you can provide the link to anyone (or post it here in TFCT), and it won't show up in any searches. This is what I did for all my Abby Miller recordings. The default is Public - anybody can see it. If you don't like it, or don't like the response you get, then delete the video. But I wouldn't worry about that. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Go for it!!
As for the audio/video/speed issues, I think that is a result of YouTube video conversion. I've never successfully uploaded an HD video in it's native format, m2ts. I found that importing into Windows Movie Maker and then exporting as a 1080p WMV, it imports into YouTube without distortion. If you've got an Apple there are even more options. Just stick with the standard resolutions (480/720/1080.) Some cameras generate compatible files, but that will take some experimentation. It's trial and error.
