Bobby OWNED TFCTalent, But It Wasn't Stolen From Him

I find myself having to address the "Bobby Issue" again because he's still talking behind our backs and making accusations. This time it seems to be about his "proof" that he owned TFCTalent and that of course would prove that I'm the bad guy who viciously stole it from him.

Bobby has screenshots and probably emails and PMs where I called him "the boss" and "the owner". And he also can show places where he called himself those things. And I don't think he "forged" any of them because there were many places where they actually existed. Last December (Actually December of 2010) I even tried to give the site to Bobby, and I explained to him that the reason was because I had made it for him in the first place, and if he wanted it, then say yes and take it. He did nothing about it for two months, and by that time it was too late because I took the site in another direction with someone else. But Bobby had many chances, so I don't feel sorry for him.

Here's why he really lost it in the first place, though:

Early in 2009 I offered to build it for him. That sounds like I meant for him to own it. And that's sort of correct. I was making it "his" to be the host of. In that sense he would own it. He knew all along that I was also the owner; I just would stay in the background, and he could be the one who was the face of the site. That's like The Regis Philbin Show. Who's show it it? Well, it's Regis Philbin's.

Bobby couldn't ACTUALLY own it because it had to be paid for. I paid for it, I paid for the domain, and I paid for the hosting every month. In effect, even I don't own it; I'm just paying rent every month.

After a short few months we began having problems because Bobby wanted me to do things with the site that I didn't want to do. In effect, I did not want to support him any more because of the way he treated members, staff, and artists; and because I quickly learned that he was constantly lying to me about most everything. The agreements we had about what I was working on for the site meant nothing to him at all. So the only way I could stop supporting him — and I had no obligation there at all — was to stop paying for the site. Stop paying for HIS site? Of course that meant the site would cease to exist.

My only alternative was to remove him from staff, which would make it no longer HIS site AT ALL. That happened in February of 2010.

So Bobby "owned" (co-owned, really) the site for less than a year, and now — TWO YEARS later — Bobby is still trying to spread his incomplete version of what happened.

    Consider this:
If you are one of the people Bobby is telling his story to, keep in mind that he probably doesn't want us to hear his explanation. He states that he has proof to back up his claims. And how does he explain his apology letter I've already posted — the letter where he admitted all the times he deceived me, and that I had every right to remove him from the site, and where he admitted I gave him chance after chance?

The site was not stolen from Bobby. He lost it due to his deceitfulness.

I can back up everything I say, and I don't do it in secret.
